摘 要

現(xiàn)代社會(huì)已經(jīng)越來越老年化,考慮老年人等的特殊需要,電動(dòng)代步車等創(chuàng)新科技產(chǎn)品不斷出現(xiàn),并且由于人類文明以及生活質(zhì)量的提高,人們對(duì)與代步車的視覺效果,舒適性,結(jié)構(gòu)合理性和操縱穩(wěn)定性等方面越來越看重。因此,目前市場(chǎng)上已有的電動(dòng)代步車已經(jīng)無法滿足人們的這一要求,這就要求電動(dòng)代步車的操縱面板在結(jié)構(gòu)上有很大的改進(jìn)。
研究電動(dòng)代步車操縱面板對(duì)改善電動(dòng)代步車的視覺效果,舒適性,結(jié)構(gòu)合理性和操縱穩(wěn)定性等方面具有非常重要的作用,并能提高對(duì)消費(fèi)者的吸引力,促進(jìn)電動(dòng)代步車設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)改革和進(jìn)步。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是在給定的車體結(jié)構(gòu)條件下,對(duì)比研究市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)有的電動(dòng)代步車的操縱面板,分析它們的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),對(duì)電動(dòng)代步車的操縱面板做突破性的改進(jìn),并提出自己的設(shè)計(jì)理念。其設(shè)計(jì)過程為根據(jù)給定的條件,參考現(xiàn)有樣車,畫出設(shè)計(jì)圖,然后進(jìn)行比對(duì)后選擇最合理的方案聯(lián)系工廠加工模型。

ABSTRACT

Modern society is increasingly aging and the elderly to consider the special needs electric transport vehicles and other new technology products emerging and, due to human civilization and improving the quality of life. People travel in cars with the exterior shape with increasing demands in terms of quality and reliable premise, for aesthetic appearance of growing importance. Therefore, at present, there is a market for electric car travel has been unable to meet the people's demands, innovative concept, design generous. Fluent lines of the new generation cars will travel almost there. This will beg a manipulate of dynamoelectric means of transportation car and the front-panel has a very big improvement on the structure.
The research dynamoelectric means of transportation car handling front-panel to improvement dynamoelectric means of transportation car of comfort, structure rationality with manipulate stability's etc. to have a count for much function, and ability exaltation to the attraction of consumer, promote dynamoelectric means of transportation car design technique reform and progress.
This graduation design is give to settle of under the bodywork structure condition contrast research the manipulate of existing dynamoelectric means of transportation car is on the market front-panel, analyze their merit and shortcoming, manipulate dynamoelectric means of transportation car the improvement that the front-panel does breakthrough, and put forward an own design principle.The design process for according to the conditions existing reference samples cars, made their creativity, art car design sketch then than right after the selection of the most reasonable proposal to create sludge model.
