摘 要

本論文選擇中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平較高的成都市為例，在系統(tǒng)分析成都市工業(yè)園區(qū)與汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并在了解成都市的汽車發(fā)展政策后，從城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析的兩個層面，對成都市某載重汽車工業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃作了重點研究，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了載重汽車生態(tài)型工業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計的基本內(nèi)容。
論文共分六部分第一部分緒論前言，主要講述了本論文選題的研究背景、重點研究內(nèi)容及方法、研究目的及意義；第二部分是對國內(nèi)外載重汽車發(fā)展的概述和成都政府對載重汽車工業(yè)的政策及目標的闡述；第三部分是對該項目所研究工業(yè)園所處的規(guī)劃區(qū)進行了優(yōu)勢分析；第四部分是列舉了一些國內(nèi)工業(yè)園區(qū)成功運作的基本經(jīng)驗 ；第五部分是在生態(tài)型工業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃的案例研究后，在成都市某載重汽車工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上，采用現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃理論與方法，從城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計、園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略兩個層面，對該生態(tài)型載重汽車工業(yè)園區(qū)作出了全面的總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計；第六部分是對如何發(fā)展載重汽車工業(yè)園區(qū)的保障體系進行具體的闡述。

ABSTRACT

The present paper chooses China economic development level high Chengdu is an example, in the system analysis Chengdu industrial park and automobile industry's development present situation, and after understanding Chengdu's automobile development policy, from the urban planning design and the developmental strategy analysis's two stratification planes, has done the key research to Chengdu some truck industrial park's plan, based on this proposed the truck ecotype industrial park plan design basic content.
The paper is divided six part of first part of introduction forewords, mainly narrated the present paper selected topic research background, the key research content and the method, the research goal and the significance; The second part is the outline which develops to the domestic and foreign truck with Chengdu Government to the truck industry policy and the goal elaboration; The third part was studies the planning area which to this project the industry garden located to carry on the superiority analysis; The fourth part has enumerated some home industry campus success operation basic experience; The fifth part is after the ecotype industrial park plan case study, in Chengdu some truck industrial park development present situation analysis's foundation, uses the modern urban planning theory and the method, from the urban planning and the design, the campus developmental strategy two stratification planes, has made the comprehensive overall plan design to this ecotype truck industrial park; How is the sixth part to develops the truck industrial park safeguard system to carry on the concrete elaboration.
