摘 要
隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,居民收入的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),個(gè)人投資意愿和理財(cái)觀念逐漸形成,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)成為商業(yè)銀行的一項(xiàng)新興業(yè)務(wù)。在銀行業(yè)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的今天,中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行蕉城支行若想在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)中占取市場(chǎng)份額,必須制定符合自身的理財(cái)營(yíng)銷策略,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。
本文結(jié)合中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行蕉城支行實(shí)際情況,通過對(duì)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展的提出新的問題,總結(jié)了蕉城建設(shè)銀行與其它中國(guó)建設(shè)行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的差距,并找出其它中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)方面值得學(xué)習(xí)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。對(duì)在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)工作中遇到的問題總結(jié),對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行深入分析,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's national economy, the continued growth of income, personal investments and financial management concepts will gradually formed, Personal Financial Services as an emerging business of commercial banks.Today, fierce competition in the banking sector, China Construction Bank branch of Jiaocheng if you want they received in the personal financial services market share, consistent with its own financial management must be developed marketing strategies in an invincible position in the competition.
In this paper, Branch of China Construction Bank Jiaocheng the actual situation of the business through the development of personal finance to ask new questions, summarized Jiaocheng Construction Bank, China Construction Bank and other personal financial services network development gap, and find other China Construction Bank Personal finance business network should learn the advanced experience.Personal Financial Services work in the problems in the summary of the causes of its in-depth analysis, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
