淺析企業(yè)籌資方式【開題報告+論文+外文及翻譯+文獻(xiàn)綜述+任務(wù)書】


摘   要

企業(yè)籌資是企業(yè)向企業(yè)外部有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)或個人以及從企業(yè)內(nèi)部籌措和集中生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營所需資金的財務(wù)活動。資金是企業(yè)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動的必要條件，籌資是企業(yè)資金運(yùn)動的起點，是決定資金運(yùn)動規(guī)模和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營發(fā)展程度的重要環(huán)節(jié)。我國企業(yè)發(fā)展勢頭蓬勃,尤其在金融危機(jī)的環(huán)境下,企業(yè)在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)發(fā)展、解決就業(yè)壓力等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。但資金緊張、融資不暢的現(xiàn)象也時常困擾著企業(yè),成了制約其發(fā)展的重要瓶頸。在新經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢影響下,企業(yè)要樹立適應(yīng)新形勢的新理念,要在籌資方法上創(chuàng)新,從實際出發(fā),選擇有利于企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的籌資渠道和籌資方式,制定合理的資金結(jié)構(gòu)，以達(dá)到企業(yè)籌資成本最低、籌資風(fēng)險最小、企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最佳的目的。

ABSTRACT

Corporate Finance is the kind of financial activities that enterprises or individuals raise funds and focus on management. Enterprises funds is a necessary condition for company, financing is a start of enterprises funds, which is the most important part of capital movement and production-scale level of development. Firm grow very quickly especially in the condition of financial crisis. Enterprise makes great contribution to keep the economy growing steady and solve the employment pressure. In the other hand, lacking of capital is lead to make enterprise puzzle, what’s the worst is that become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprise. Under the influence of new economical situation, enterprise should not only adapt to the new situation and establish a new concept, financing and innovative methods, but also develop reasonable capital saturation. In order to achieve the lowest cost financing companies, financing risk minimization and the best economic benefits.
