【摘要】 本文主要介紹一種微波頻率源的設(shè)計(jì)，該源采用100MHZ恒溫晶振作為參考源，由Q3236、VCO和LF共同構(gòu)成一個(gè)鎖相環(huán)路，在高至2GHZ的頻點(diǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)于-90dBc/Hz@1KHz的相噪性能，同時(shí)具有極高的頻率穩(wěn)定度和良好的溫度穩(wěn)定性，可在廣泛范圍內(nèi)用作微波信號(hào)源。
