1 situation

1概況
熱軋板廠西側(cè)有4個工業(yè)循環(huán)水泵站,泵站中主要設(shè)備均為高壓電機(3kV)拖動的水泵。由于設(shè)備是3kV的高壓電機,故采用變電所常采用的中央事故、預(yù)報信號裝置來集中反映電氣設(shè)備突發(fā)的故障,以提高運行人員迅速判斷故障的性質(zhì)、范圍和地點,以便采取措施。目前泵站采用ZC一23型沖擊繼電器、時間繼電器、中間繼電器等組成的繼電式中央事故、預(yù)報信號裝置,下面以其中的濁循環(huán)泵站為例來分析。
1.1繼電式中央事故信號裝置
(l)繼電式中央事故信號裝置的要求當泵站內(nèi)任意斷路器事故跳閘時能瞬時發(fā)出音響信號并在位于集中操作室的信號報警柜上有表示事故跳閘的音響信號,事故音響信號通常用電笛,并能手動或自動復(fù)歸。
(2)繼電式中央事故信號裝置工作原理該裝置如圖1所示,采用ZC一23型的沖擊繼電器ICJJ,其中GHJ為干簧繼電器是其執(zhí)行元件,TA為脈沖變流器,其一次側(cè)并聯(lián)的二極管DZ和電容C,用于抗干擾;其二次側(cè)并聯(lián)的二極管VZ起單向旁路作用。當TA的一次側(cè)電流突然減少時,起二次側(cè)感應(yīng)的反向電流經(jīng)Dl而旁路,不讓它流過干簧繼電器GHJ的線圈。當某臺斷路器(如IQF)自動跳閘時,因其輔助觸點IDL與控制開關(guān)1KK’‘不對應(yīng)”而使脈沖變流器TA的一次電流突增,其二次側(cè)感應(yīng)電動勢使干簧繼電器GHJ動作。GHJ的…………
