通過對(duì)電廠#1、#2汽輪機(jī)組給水泵密封水回水系統(tǒng)研究,結(jié)合汽動(dòng)給水泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),綜合了單級(jí)水封、多級(jí)水封、和帶水箱密封水回收系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),經(jīng)過對(duì)機(jī)組密封水系統(tǒng)的改造,徹底地解決了給水泵潤滑油系統(tǒng)進(jìn)水、密封水不能回收的問題。對(duì)同類型660MW超超臨界機(jī)組給水泵密封水回收系統(tǒng)和給水泵組穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行有一定的借鑒..

針對(duì)東汽生產(chǎn)的超超臨界N660-25/600/600汽輪機(jī)在啟動(dòng)或停機(jī)過程中,汽輪機(jī)#1、#2軸瓦出現(xiàn)低速碾瓦事故,對(duì)汽輪機(jī)頂軸系統(tǒng)和潤滑油系統(tǒng)、汽輪機(jī)啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行方式、可傾瓦軸承結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)可能導(dǎo)致軸瓦低速碾瓦的原因進(jìn)行分析,采取了相應(yīng)的技術(shù)措施,重新增加了#1、#2軸承頂軸油系統(tǒng);加大了#1、#2軸瓦進(jìn)油節(jié)流孔..
