Traditional cost management in enterprise is only based on conservation, unilateral emphasis on saving and save，however cost control is the unceasing innovation theory，the enterprise only according to own actual situation is adjusted ceaselessly cost control method， update the cost control concept from strategic height to implementation，namely not to cut costs， but increase productivity, shorten the production cycle, increase production and ensure the quality of products will cost control as the daily management of the enterprise important content。This paper tomorrow to environmental protection equipment company kosher cost control of status and existing problems of the cost control analysis， formulate effective cost control measures and then analyzes the tomorrow land environmental protection equipment clean in cost control risk factors, in the process of Chinese manufacturing enterprise to expect more effectively control the cost of the proposed methods of improvement。
