隨著中國加入WTO后外資銀行的進(jìn)入,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。特別是2006年我國金融市場(chǎng)全部開放后,我國商業(yè)銀行面臨著更為嚴(yán)峻的競爭環(huán)境和生存壓力。消費(fèi)信貸是西方發(fā)達(dá)國家商業(yè)銀行一項(xiàng)較為成熟的業(yè)務(wù)。政府的大力支持、健全的法律體系、完備的信用體系等,有力地支持了該業(yè) 務(wù)的發(fā)展。同時(shí),各家商業(yè)銀行普遍應(yīng)用“個(gè)人信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)分模型”和“消費(fèi)信貸電腦審批系統(tǒng)”,強(qiáng)調(diào)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)審核與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)組合控制,以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最優(yōu)化為管理目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)消費(fèi)信貸的精細(xì)化管理,有針對(duì)哈爾濱開發(fā)區(qū)支行消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范做出設(shè)計(jì),這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施有效地促進(jìn)了其消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的健康發(fā)展。
近年來,中國商業(yè)銀行的消費(fèi)信貸獲得了長足的發(fā)展,從事消費(fèi)信貸的商業(yè)銀行都取得了不菲的經(jīng)營收入,消費(fèi)信貸已成為我國各家商業(yè)銀行競相搶占的信貸業(yè)務(wù)之一,但是,隨著商業(yè)銀行消費(fèi)信貸規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,其自身的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也隨之增大。本文結(jié)合工商銀行消費(fèi)信貸的實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)哈爾濱開發(fā)區(qū)工商銀行消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的種種問題,結(jié)合哈爾濱工商銀行消費(fèi)信貸的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)借鑒國外商業(yè)銀行的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),就如何解決現(xiàn)有問題及如何控制和防范消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了一些建議和并進(jìn)行了具體設(shè)計(jì)。以期達(dá)到識(shí)別防范和化解消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的效果。

After China's accession to WTO as the entry of foreign banks, domestic commercial banks face unprecedented opportunities and challenges.
