     The first part is the brief introduction of diplomatic translation, which includes the brief history of diplomatic translation, the importance of diplomatic translation and the criteria of diplomatic translation. The second part is the brief introduction of diplomatic articles, which includes the brief introduction of literary style, the categories of diplomatic articles and the features of diplomatic articles. The third part is the detailed introduction of features in diplomatic translation. There are three obvious features of diplomatic translation: sensitivity and seriousness of diplomatic translation; handling appropriately in the diplomatic translation and using the words properly; handling the criterion of fidelity strictly in the diplomatic translation.
