摘 要
企業(yè)是一個(gè)具有生命的有機(jī)體，其發(fā)展是沿著一定的生命周期軌跡運(yùn)行的，以企業(yè)生命周期各階段的特征為依據(jù)結(jié)合對(duì)資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的分析，研究其在各階段的資本結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)企業(yè)而言具有重要意義。
文章采用理論研究和案例分析相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法，分別對(duì)企業(yè)的生命周期理論和資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論進(jìn)行概述，并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了企業(yè)生命周期各階段的劃分及其特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)對(duì)企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析。此外，根據(jù)生命周期每個(gè)階段的特點(diǎn)對(duì)其各階段的資本結(jié)構(gòu)做了理論概述，并以xx股份有限公司為例對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的資本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究分析。文章的最后是對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段資本優(yōu)化方法的研究，在該部分先是采用定量決策進(jìn)行資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化分析，然后主要研究了金融危機(jī)下對(duì)各階段資本結(jié)構(gòu)的決策。

Abstract
The enterprise is one has the life organism, its development is along certain life cycle path movement, take the enterprise life cycle various stages' characteristic as the basis union to the capital structure influencing factor's analysis, studies it in various stages capital structure, speaking of the enterprise has the important meaning.
The article uses the fundamental research and the case analysis unifies the method which, qualitative and the quota unifies, separately carries on the outline to enterprise's life cycle theory and the capital structure theory, and introduced briefly the enterprise life cycle various stages' division and the characteristic, simultaneously have carried on the analysis to the enterprise capital structure's influencing factor from macroscopic and the microscopic two aspects. In addition, it has made the theory outline according to the life cycle each stage's characteristic to its various stages' capital structure, and carries on the research analysis take ten thousand branch Limited liability company as the example to its various stages' capital structure. Article, the final stage of the business capital of the optimization study, in the first part of the decision-making using quantitative analysis of capital structure optimization, and then research the financial crisis on the capital structure of the various stages of decision-making.
