摘要

財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分，是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的集中體現(xiàn)，如果不能及時(shí)的采取化解措施，企業(yè)就會(huì)陷入財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)，因此建立一套及時(shí)有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范策略是非常必要的。
本文通過對(duì)xx建設(shè)集團(tuán)建材公司實(shí)踐中存在的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行研究，找出存在于公司財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，系統(tǒng)分析各類財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因機(jī)理，針對(duì)存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型，并提出一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避措施，使公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)得以有效的控制。

Abstract
Financial risk management is the most important part of the undertaking risk management. It can indicate undertaking management risk. If we can not deal with the risk in time，the undertaking maybe in the financial crisis. So the establishment of a valid financial early-warning system is very important.
This paper building on the current Daqing Building Materials Construction Group Corporation’s financial risk,find out the risk in all aspects of the companies’ financial activities， Systematic analysis of the causes of various types of financial risk mechanism, For the existence of risk to build an early warning model, and proposed a number of risks to circumvent the measures,make company’s financial risk to be effective control.
