車輛限重系統(tǒng)電路設計

摘要:由于現(xiàn)在車輛超重現(xiàn)象嚴重,車輛限重系統(tǒng)的設計意義較為重大。本設計在現(xiàn)有普通車輛的基礎上,安裝了電阻應變式傳感器,利用電阻敏感元件組成的惠斯登平衡電橋以及其電路輸出電壓與重量成線性關系的原理來稱重,隱埋了稱重傳感放大電路、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器ADC0804、Mcs-51系列8051單片機、加法器以及DC-DC電源等。當車輛超重時,通過單片機的預置程序,使驅(qū)動電路工作,讓控制車輛油路和控制車輛電路的繼電器動作,對超重車輛進行管制,達到限制其啟動的目的。此時一并發(fā)送超重信號給GPS,GPS與交通部門通訊,GPS定位超重車輛,交通部門用GPS向單片機反饋不同的信號,來決定對超重車輛的處理。當車輛不超重時,單片機程序判斷后,使驅(qū)動電路不工作,不限制車輛的啟動。

Design of the Heavy System of the Vehicle Limit

Abstract: As the phenomenon overweight of vehicle is serious now, the design significant of the heavy system of the vehicle limit is comparatively great. The design of the existing vehicles on the basis of the installation of the resistance strain sensor, use of sensor resistance of the Wheatstone bridge and balance their circuit output voltage and the linear relationship between the weight of the principle to weight. Implicit buried weighing sensor amplifier, A/D converter ADC0804, Mcs-51 series 8051 MCU , adder and DC-DC power supply and so on.. When the vehicle is overweight, with procedure of presetting of MCU, it urge the circuit work to make, it control vehicle oil passage and control relay movement , vehicle of circuit to let , control the vehicle overweight, achieve the goal of limiting its start. At this time MCU send the signals overweight to GPS , GPS makes communication with the traffic department , the vehicle overweight of GPS's positioning in the lump at this moment , the traffic department feedbacks different signals to the MCU with GPS, to determine the treatment to vehicle overweight. When the vehicle is not overweight , drive circuit does not work, restrictions on the launch vehicle , after procedure judges the MCU.
