摘要：
本文主要對重慶摩托車行業(yè)的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護問題現(xiàn)狀和原因進行分析，通過引用2003年摩托車行業(yè)報告中重慶摩托車行業(yè)產(chǎn)銷量數(shù)據(jù)和2004-2005年重慶摩托車行業(yè)專利申請數(shù)量，以及力帆侵權(quán)合隆鑫被侵權(quán)案例，采用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的技術(shù)方法，結(jié)合圖表，分別從自主創(chuàng)新能力、自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護力度、重慶摩托車企業(yè)的侵權(quán)與被侵權(quán)深入分析重慶摩托車行業(yè)自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護現(xiàn)狀，并結(jié)合政府和企業(yè)自身兩個方面探討其原因，文章最后提出司法執(zhí)法和企業(yè)專利保護的措施，希望能對重慶的的摩托車企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護問題產(chǎn)生積極的意義。

Protection of intellectual property rights on motorcycle industry in Chongqing


Abstract：This paper attempts to analyze, in terms of independent innovation capability, protection dynamism of proprietary intellectual property rights, infringement on motorcycle enterprises, the current situation of intelligent property protection on motorcycle industry in Chongqing by demonstrating relevant data, cases and tables and introducing the technical method of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, discusses its causes by involving both government and enterprises, and puts forward the measures on law enforcement and potent protection, with intention to have positive influence on intellectual property rights protection on motorcycle industry in Chongqing.
