摘要
盧梭的人民主權(quán)思想是人類政治文明演進(jìn)過程中的重要一環(huán)，在人類的思想史上占有重要地位。本文將從盧梭人民主權(quán)思想產(chǎn)生的背景和基礎(chǔ)來人手，分析盧梭人民主權(quán)思想的內(nèi)容和實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。著重結(jié)合法國(guó)大革命的實(shí)際情況來深入了解盧梭的人民主權(quán)思想對(duì)法國(guó)大革命的影響，有好的也有壞的，一份為二的來看待。并探尋盧梭人民主權(quán)理論的缺陷以及產(chǎn)生這些缺陷的影響，從這些缺陷我們可以看出什么問題以及之所以會(huì)出現(xiàn)這些缺陷的原因。最后站在全世界的高度來客觀的評(píng)價(jià)盧梭的人民主權(quán)思想對(duì)人類民主化進(jìn)程的影響和對(duì)世界的貢獻(xiàn)。

The thought of Rousseau-----people's sovereignty
Abstract

The thought of Rousseau-----people's sovereignty, is an important link in the process of human’s political civilization evolution, holding an outstanding position in the history of human’s ideology. This article, on the basis of the background that leads to the thought, analyzes the content and realization of the theory; dissects the influence of Rousseau’s ideology upon the French Revolution by integrating with the actual situation in the big event. In terms of the influence of Rousseau’s ideology on the revolution, there is positive essences as well as negtive drags, which calls for the research spirit that one is two regards. The drawbacks and their influences of the thought are also disscussed in this paper. Futhermore, the consequent problems and the causes of the theory flaws are talked over. Finally, the thesis , from a universal angle, focuses on the impace of Rousseau's ideology on the history of human’s democratization and the contribution to the whole world.

引 言
在18世紀(jì)法國(guó)的諸多啟蒙運(yùn)動(dòng)的先賢中，盧梭以其思想內(nèi)在的矛盾性與深邃性，從伏爾泰式的理性進(jìn)步頌歌中掙脫出來，成為第一個(gè)現(xiàn)代性的批評(píng)者。他的《社會(huì)契約論》自問世以來，一直閃耀著不朽的思想光輝。人民主權(quán)學(xué)說是《社會(huì)契約論》的核心內(nèi)容，也是盧梭政治思想的基石。盧梭的人民主權(quán)不僅影響了現(xiàn)實(shí)中的法國(guó)大革命，還對(duì)后世的思想尤其是共和主義與左翼政治產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響，雖然遭到了諸多批判，但它早已被相當(dāng)一部分理論家批判性地吸收，融入到當(dāng)代的諸多理論思潮中。我認(rèn)為，通過對(duì)人民主權(quán)思想主要內(nèi)容的闡述、分析，并總結(jié)其在實(shí)踐中的得失，對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)的民主化建設(shè)有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
