摘 要：21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)占主導(dǎo)地位的時(shí)代。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái)，使整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活都發(fā)生著深刻的變化；而網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的影響日益巨大。網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)計(jì)亦是如此。本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)計(jì)的概念、優(yōu)勢(shì)、對(duì)傳統(tǒng)會(huì)計(jì)的影響、存在的問(wèn)題和對(duì)策等方面探討。
