基于ASP的網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)

摘要：隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模和工作地域的范圍的擴(kuò)大，對快速、高效、互動的辦公系統(tǒng)的尋求越來越大。網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)正適合了這種需求，伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)適用的范圍和功能越來越強(qiáng)大。另外網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)還是企業(yè)信息自動化的一部分，是實現(xiàn)無紙化辦公的主要途徑。
本系統(tǒng)由通用模塊和設(shè)置模塊組成，通用模塊包含有：萬年歷——陰陽歷日期、節(jié)日查詢，工作計劃——按天編寫工作計劃與考核，通告欄—— 向系統(tǒng)內(nèi)所有用戶發(fā)布通告，公文信息——向選定對象發(fā)送公文（公文中可有附件），個人通訊資料——記錄聯(lián)系對象的聯(lián)系資料，短消息——用戶之間通過短消息進(jìn)行交流，資源共享——實現(xiàn)資料的Web共享；設(shè)置模塊包含有：個人資料的修改——個人信息的修改，用戶管理——添、刪用戶及設(shè)置其權(quán)限，名稱管理——部門、職務(wù)的名稱及通告的類型，上傳設(shè)置——設(shè)置上傳參數(shù)。本系統(tǒng)遵循安全和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兩大原則，支持異構(gòu)平臺間的互操作性和可移植性，在信息溝通、網(wǎng)上辦理、信息發(fā)布等功能上，有效改善了企事業(yè)單位的辦公環(huán)境與效率。

Abstract:along with the enterprise scale and the work region scope expansion, to fast, highly effective, the interaction work system seeks more and more in a big way. On the net the work system has been suiting this kind of demand, is following the Internet information technology swift and violent development, on the net the work system suitable scope and the function is more and more formidable. Moreover on the net the work system or an enterprise information automation part, realizes the paperless work main way.
 This system is composed by the general module and the establishment module, the general module contains has: Ten thousand calendar - - lunisolar calendar date, the holiday inquiry, the work plan - - and inspects according to the day compilation work plan, the circular fence - - to the system in all user issue circular, the archives information - - (in archives may have appendix) to the designation object transmission archives, individual communication material - - recording relation object relation material, between the short news - - user carries on the exchange through the short news, resources sharing - - realization material Web sharing; The establishment module contains has: Individual material revision - - individual information revision, the user management - - adds, deletes the user and establishes its jurisdiction, the name management - - department, the duty name and the circular type, the uploading establishment - - establishment uploading parameter. Security of the system by the two major principles and standards to support interoperability among platforms isomerization unit and portability in information communication, online processing, and information dissemination functions, and effectively improve the office environment and the efficiency of enterprises and institutions.
