摘要：
在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)下，機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)、投入與產(chǎn)出、收益與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是不可分的，往往風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目其收益一般也比較豐富，反之風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低的項(xiàng)目或無風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)必然比較低薄；往往抓住機(jī)遇、敢于承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就能得到更多的發(fā)展空間，不愿承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)往往失去機(jī)遇，發(fā)展緩慢。財(cái)務(wù)管理部門與企業(yè)的其他經(jīng)營(yíng)管理部門緊密聯(lián)系，貫穿于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的整個(gè)過程，那么作為財(cái)務(wù)管理中的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題也就是重中之重，越來越值得我們也是必須去關(guān)注。財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作為一種信息，在當(dāng)今激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下要想不被市場(chǎng)所淘汰，我們采用唯物辨證、主觀與客觀、理論于實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析預(yù)測(cè)，采取及時(shí)有效的進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制，行適當(dāng)?shù)呢?cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策，從而在經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于有利地位。
