摘  要

  企業(yè)為了提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，越來(lái)越多地專(zhuān)注于核心技術(shù)，對(duì)于一些低附加值的零件或是非核心組件多從其它企業(yè)采購(gòu)，采購(gòu)成本在總成本中所占的比例日益增大。如何降低采購(gòu)成本在總成本中所占的比例，加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)成本控制，是企業(yè)成本管理中面臨的重要問(wèn)題。因此，研究供應(yīng)鏈TCO管理模式下的采購(gòu)成本控制具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
本文首先闡述了傳統(tǒng)的采購(gòu)成本管理模式存在的問(wèn)題，創(chuàng)新性地提出了新的采購(gòu)成本管理模式，即供應(yīng)鏈TCO采購(gòu)成本管理模式，并對(duì)新模式下采購(gòu)成本的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行重新界定:采購(gòu)成本不再簡(jiǎn)單的等同于企業(yè)采購(gòu)過(guò)程中發(fā)生的費(fèi)用，還應(yīng)包括采購(gòu)產(chǎn)品的使用成本、后期維護(hù)成本等。其次在供應(yīng)鏈基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用TCO模式的采購(gòu)成本分析方法對(duì)采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的總體采購(gòu)成本進(jìn)行分析，探討了供應(yīng)鏈TCO采購(gòu)成本管理模式的實(shí)施方法，同時(shí)選取江蘇格林電器有限公司配套設(shè)備的采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，選擇出TCO最低的供應(yīng)商，并與之建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。

ABSTRACT

Enterprises pay more and more attention to the core technology in order to enhance their own core competence. They purchase some low value attachments or non-core components from other enterprises, therefore the cost of purchase's proportion in the total cost increases day by day. the important issues that enterprises facing with in cost management are how to decrease the proportion and strengthen the purchase cost control. Therefore, the study of the control of purchase cost under the supply chain TCO management has important practical significance.

Firstly this paper has described the existing problems of the traditional management model of the purchast cost, and bringed out a new procurement cost management model creatively , namely the supply chain TCO purchase cost management model, and then it has redefined the meaning of purchase cost under the new mode: purchase cost no longer simple equals to the cost happened in the enterprises procurement process, it should also include the cost of using , post-maintenance cost . Secondly analyzing the total cost of purchase with the TCO method that based on the supply chain, and then it has discussed how to implement the supply chain TCO purchase cost management mode. At last the matching pieces of equipment purchases project of the Jiangsu Gelin Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is analyzed, and the lowest TCO suppliers is chosen with the establishment of strategic cooperative partnership.
