A Study on the Pay in Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises
中文摘要
薪酬管理是企業(yè)吸引人才、留住人才,取得持續(xù)快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者圍繞這一主題的研究成果甚豐。然而,我國(guó)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)一直面臨著人才危機(jī),如何吸引人才、留住人才成為諸多中小企業(yè)亟待解決的難題。從中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的角度分析薪酬管理問(wèn)題,更有許多問(wèn)題值得探討。國(guó)內(nèi)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)在薪酬管理上存在的主要問(wèn)題,剖析了這些薪酬問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根源,并且圍繞中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)薪酬管理的策略做了相應(yīng)的分析,討論了薪酬管理問(wèn)題相應(yīng)的解決辦法,就我國(guó)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行薪酬管理提出了個(gè)人的看法,并預(yù)測(cè)了未來(lái)中小企業(yè)薪酬管理發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。

Abstract
Pay administration is the key point to attract talent, retain talent and achieve sustained and rapid development. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars research this topic extensively. However, small and medium-sized private enterprises in China have been faced with a personnel crisis, how to attract and retain talent is the problem that a number of small and medium-sized private enterprises urgently settled to. From the view of salary management in small and medium-sized private enterprises, there are many issues worth studying.This thesis focused on the salary management problems and causes in the domestic small and medium-sized
private enterprises, correspondingly analyzes their pay management’s strategy and the root causes of the pay issue, then discusses the solutions then present personal views, what is more, forecast the future development trends pay administration in small and medium-sized private enterprises.
In this paper, the normative method of study was used.
