摘 要
知識經(jīng)濟時代,知識成為社會組織最重要的戰(zhàn)略資源和長遠競爭優(yōu)勢的唯一源泉,知識轉(zhuǎn)移已經(jīng)成為各組織獲取知識的最佳途徑。同時,全球化進程和科技進步不斷推動著組織之間競爭的升級和合作的盛行,競爭的加劇促使各個組織都以獲取知識作為其核心戰(zhàn)略,合作的盛行則必然促使各組織不斷將自身和外部組織聯(lián)系在一起,從而鑲嵌在特定的正式或非正式網(wǎng)絡(luò)之中。因此,現(xiàn)實中組織間的知識轉(zhuǎn)移都是在特定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中進行,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角研究知識轉(zhuǎn)移有著重要的理論意義和實踐價值。
總結(jié)國內(nèi)外文獻資料發(fā)現(xiàn),當前對知識轉(zhuǎn)移的研究主要集中于組織內(nèi)和組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素、轉(zhuǎn)移路徑等方面,少量從網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角研究知識轉(zhuǎn)移的文獻均沒有系統(tǒng)分析知識轉(zhuǎn)移的動力機制。但是,知識轉(zhuǎn)移是一個動態(tài)過程,不會自動發(fā)生,促使知識轉(zhuǎn)移過程不斷進行的動力機制必然存在,研究知識轉(zhuǎn)移的動力機制,不僅有利于進一步探究知識轉(zhuǎn)移的本質(zhì),更有利于現(xiàn)實中的企業(yè)組織發(fā)掘更多的知識轉(zhuǎn)移動力源,從而更有效地通過知識轉(zhuǎn)移獲取知識資源。本研究歸納總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于知識轉(zhuǎn)移和網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的研究文獻,闡釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移的總體影響,通過構(gòu)建組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移動態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,運用演化博弈的思想,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角下組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移的完整動態(tài)過程,構(gòu)建了組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移立體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分別從內(nèi)部核心網(wǎng)絡(luò)、外部支撐網(wǎng)絡(luò)、和整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的視角對組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移動力的產(chǎn)生和形成機理進行闡釋,并提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角下的組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移動力機制模型,最后,通過設(shè)計和發(fā)放問卷,運用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對問卷結(jié)果進行分析,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和組織間知識轉(zhuǎn)移動力機制的關(guān)系進行實證。

Abstract
In the knowledge economy era, knowledge has become the most important strategic resource and the only source for the corporations to maintain competitive advantage, and the knowledge transfer has also become the best way for firms to absorb knowledge. At the same time, the globalization process and the science and technology progress push forward the competition as well as the cooperation among organizations, the upgrade of the competition urges organizations to take knowledge absorption as their core strategy, and the increase of the cooperation inevitably make organizations relate each other so as to be embedding in a formal or informal network. So, the all the inter-organizational knowledge transfer is carrying out in a specific network structure, study the knowledge transfer from the network perspective has not only the theoretical meaning, but also the practical value.
Through summarizing all the knowledge transfer literature, we discover that the knowledge transfer research at present mainly focuses on the impact factors as well as the routes of the knowledge transfer in or among organizations; little research on the knowledge transfer from the network perspective doesn’t analyze the motivation mechanism of knowledge transfer systematically. In fact, knowledge transfer is a dynamic system, which doesn’t happen automatically, the motivation mechanism which pushes the knowledge transfer process carrying out continuously undoubtedly exist. Study the motivation mechanism of knowledge transfer is not only benefit to probe the nature of knowledge transfer, but also good to the corporations and other organizations to develop more motivation source of the knowledge transfer so as to get knowledge more effectively.
This thesis generalizes and summarizes the national and abroad research literature on the knowledge transfer and network firstly, and define the network definition in this thesis we use, then analyze the network’s total influence on the knowledge transfer, through build a dynamic network model of inter-organizational knowledge transfer, and based on the evolutionary game theory, we discuss the whole dynamic process of the inter-organizational knowledge transfer in the network perspective, depending on this, we build the stereoscopic network model, and analyze the generation and formation mechanism of the inter-organization knowledge transfer motivation, then, pose the motivation mechanism model of the inter-organization knowledge transfer from the network perspective, finally, through design and grant the questionnaire, analyze the questionnaire results using the SPSS statistical software, we do an empirical research on the relationship between the network structure and the motivation mechanism of the inter-organizational knowledge transfer from the network perspective.

Abstract
In the knowledge economy era, knowledge has become the most important strategic resource and the only source for the corporations to maintain competitive advantage, and the knowledge transfer has also become the best way for firms to absorb knowledge. At the same time, the globalization process and the science and technology progress push forward the competition as well as the cooperation among organizations, the upgrade of the competition urges organizations to take knowledge absorption as their core strategy, and the increase of the cooperation inevitably make organizations relate each other so as to be embedding in a formal or informal network. So, the all the inter-organizational knowledge transfer is carrying out in a specific network structure, study the knowledge transfer from the network perspective has not only the theoretical meaning, but also the practical value.
Through summarizing all the knowledge transfer literature, we discover that the knowledge transfer research at present mainly focuses on the impact factors as well as the routes of the knowledge transfer in or among organizations; little research on the knowledge transfer from the network perspective doesn’t analyze the motivation mechanism of knowledge transfer systematically.
