制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是汽車的一個(gè)重要組成部分,他直接影響到汽車的安全性能,是保證行車安全的極為重要的系統(tǒng)。汽車制動(dòng)系至少應(yīng)該有兩套獨(dú)立的制動(dòng)制動(dòng)裝置,即行車制動(dòng)和駐車制動(dòng)裝置。
本文介紹了汽車制動(dòng)系的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及趨勢(shì)、制動(dòng)器的各種結(jié)構(gòu)型式及選擇、制動(dòng)系的主要參數(shù)及其選擇、制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、制動(dòng)器主要零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與強(qiáng) 度計(jì)算、制動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)型式選擇與設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等。并且選擇參數(shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)的仿真。由于新能源汽車發(fā)展歷史較短,一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)還處于研究中,加上編者水平有限,書中疏漏和不當(dāng)之處在所難免,敬請(qǐng)批評(píng)指正。

ABSTRACT
Energy shortages, environmental pollution, global warming are the common challenges the global auto industry faces. Governments and industry are responsive to put forward their own development strategies. New energy vehicles have become the hot spots of the development of automobile industry in the 21st century.
The braking system is an important part of the car, directly affects the car's safety performance is to ensure that traffic safety is extremely important system. Automotive braking system should have at least two independent braking device, that Is driving the brake and parking brake device.
This article describes the development status and trends of the automotive braking system, brake a variety of structural types and select the main parameters of the braking system and selection of brake design calculations, structural design and strength calculation of the main brake parts, brake the drive mechanism of the structure type selection and design calculations. Because of the short history of the development of new energy vehicles, some of the key technologies in the research, coupled with the editor is limited, the Book of omissions and irregularities is inevitable, Welcome Criticism Correction.
