數(shù)控機床的故障分析及維修

摘要：數(shù)控機床就是針對這種要求而產(chǎn)生的一種新型自動化機床。數(shù)控機床集微電子技術、計算機技術、自動控制技術及伺服驅(qū)動技術、精密機械技術于一體，是高度機電一體化的典型產(chǎn)品。由于數(shù)控機床是一種價格昂貴的精密設備。因此，數(shù)控機床故障檢診斷與維修是數(shù)控機床使用過程中重要的組成部分，也是目前制約數(shù)控機床發(fā)揮作用的因素之一，因此學習數(shù)控機床故障診斷與維修的技術和方法有重要意義。

The summary：CNC machine tools is required for this generated a new type of automatic machine tools. CNC machine tool set of microelectronics technology, computer technology, automatic control technology and servo drive technology, precision machinery technology in one, is highly typical of Mechatronics products. As a result of CNC machine tools is an expensive precision equipment. Therefore, NC machine tool fault diagnosis and repair of NC machine tool in use process is the important component, is also the current constraints of CNC machine tools play a role in one of the factors, so the study of NC machine tool fault diagnosis and repair technology and method has important significance.
