一、研究目的和意義
Our country present stage national debt stock is a disputive topic, regarding whether has to restore its transaction to different people have different views different people has different views, national debt stock its main function is the fund raising, the speculators uses the congenial transaction to earn the middle price difference, the country uses this part of fund raising to carry on the investment to produce the new financial capital, each according to his need the supplementary length, its goal nothing but is promotes the state economy to continue to develop stably.The present paper primary intention is clear about our country to restore each aspect matters concerned on the national debt stock which in the question involves to elaborate, the simple introduction personally in studies in this project the opinion
要了解國債期貨的意義，首先要了解什么是國債期貨。
總的來說，國債期貨是指通過有組織的交易場所預(yù)先確定買賣價格并于未來特定時間內(nèi)進(jìn)行錢券交割的國債派生交易方式。國債期貨屬于金融期貨的一種，是一種高級的金融衍生工具。它是在20世紀(jì)70年代美國金融市場不穩(wěn)定的背景下，為滿足投資者規(guī)避利率風(fēng)險的需求而產(chǎn)生的。
1.國債，又稱國家公債，是國家以其信用為基礎(chǔ)，按照債的一般原則，通過向社會籌集資金所形成的債權(quán)債務(wù)關(guān)系。所謂國債就是國家借的債，是國家為籌措資金而向投資者出具的書面借款憑證，承諾在一定的時期內(nèi)按約定的條件，按期支付利息和到期歸還本金。國債是由國家發(fā)行的債券，是中央政府為籌集財政資金而發(fā)行的一種政府債券，是中央政府向投資者出具的、承諾在一定時期支付利息和到期償還本金的債權(quán)債務(wù)憑證，由于國債的發(fā)行主體是國家，所以它具有最高的信用度，被公認(rèn)為是最安全的投資工具。
