淺談企業(yè)并購中的人力資源整合

【摘要】 受經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的影響，各國企業(yè)為了在激烈的競爭中謀求自身發(fā)展，不斷地掀起了并購浪潮。企業(yè)并購是否真正成功在很大程度上取決于能否有效地整合雙方的人力資源。因此，企業(yè)并購過程中應(yīng)根據(jù)并購中容易出現(xiàn)的人力資源整和問題采取相應(yīng)的措施加以解決。以保證企業(yè)能達(dá)到其并購目的，即產(chǎn)生協(xié)同效應(yīng)。

【Abstract】 Influenced by the globalization of the economy, enterprises from various countries raise a tide of amalgamate in order to can survive and develop in a fiercely competing environment .But the success of a Company Integration is decided in a very great degree upon whether the integration of the human resources of the two sides is effective. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of Coordination Effect of a Company Integration we must take effective measure to resolve problems about the Human Resources Integration
