當(dāng)今這個(gè)信息的高速發(fā)展時(shí)代,企業(yè)面臨著這樣一個(gè)矛盾。一方面,任何一個(gè)企業(yè)的目標(biāo)是追求盡可能大的利潤(rùn),希望盡可能快的資金流動(dòng),都不希望有任何形式的庫(kù)存;另一方面,又要保證生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性與持續(xù)性,確保生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)穩(wěn)定盡可能不受外界的波動(dòng)影響,企業(yè)界希望自己擁有充足的原料物料,設(shè)備機(jī)器,零件備品的儲(chǔ)備來(lái)抵抗外界的變化,甚至奇貨可居。如何權(quán)衡這兩者,如何達(dá)到兩者最佳的配合,如何降低庫(kù)存成本,如何合理科學(xué)的這將直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)能否順利進(jìn)行,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)看關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。由此看來(lái),如何進(jìn)行有效庫(kù)存管理顯得尤其重要了。隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,物資資源,原材料也更加豐富,而企業(yè)所用的種類也更加豐富多彩。本文從庫(kù)存的概念出發(fā),介紹了庫(kù)存是服務(wù)性供應(yīng)鏈的主要組成部分,通過(guò)對(duì)庫(kù)存進(jìn)行控制管理以降低整個(gè)公司的成本。而庫(kù)存管理就顯得有為重要了。對(duì)于企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定在,流動(dòng)資金的占有有巨大影響。庫(kù)存管理就是為了滿足客戶需求或支持服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品的提供而進(jìn)行的物料存儲(chǔ)的管理。本文以沈陽(yáng)煤業(yè)(集團(tuán))國(guó)源物流有限公司為例,從其業(yè)務(wù)入手分析了該公司的優(yōu)勢(shì),最后從其公司的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。不難了解到現(xiàn)有的庫(kù)存管理存在著庫(kù)存策略簡(jiǎn)單化,庫(kù)存空間浪費(fèi)化,員工素質(zhì)水平過(guò)低等一系列相關(guān)問(wèn)題。并且從問(wèn)題出發(fā)找到相關(guān)的改進(jìn)方案。希望能夠在不斷的改進(jìn)中降低企業(yè)庫(kù)存成本,使庫(kù)存管理能夠在企業(yè)發(fā)展中有著濃墨重彩的一筆。
