摘 要

當今這個信息的高速發(fā)展時代，企業(yè)面臨著這樣一個矛盾。一方面，任何一個企業(yè)的目標是追求盡可能大的利潤，希望盡可能快的資金流動，都不希望有任何形式的庫存；另一方面，又要保證生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性與持續(xù)性，確保生產(chǎn)供應穩(wěn)定盡可能不受外界的波動影響，企業(yè)界希望自己擁有充足的原料物料，設備機器，零件備品的儲備來抵抗外界的變化，甚至奇貨可居。如何權衡這兩者，如何達到兩者最佳的配合，如何降低庫存成本，如何合理科學的這將直接關系到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)能否順利進行，從長遠看關系到企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。由此看來，如何進行有效庫存管理顯得尤其重要了。隨著時代發(fā)展，物資資源，原材料也更加豐富，而企業(yè)所用的種類也更加豐富多彩。本文從庫存的概念出發(fā)，介紹了庫存是服務性供應鏈的主要組成部分，通過對庫存進行控制管理以降低整個公司的成本。而庫存管理就顯得有為重要了。對于企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定在，流動資金的占有有巨大影響。庫存管理就是為了滿足客戶需求或支持服務或產(chǎn)品的提供而進行的物料存儲的管理。本文以沈陽煤業(yè)（集團）國源物流有限公司為例，從其業(yè)務入手分析了該公司的優(yōu)勢，最后從其公司的問題進行分析。不難了解到現(xiàn)有的庫存管理存在著庫存策略簡單化，庫存空間浪費化，員工素質水平過低等一系列相關問題。并且從問題出發(fā)找到相關的改進方案。希望能夠在不斷的改進中降低企業(yè)庫存成本，使庫存管理能夠在企業(yè)發(fā)展中有著濃墨重彩的一筆。
