淺析會議記錄方式的演變及其作用

摘  要：伴隨人類社會的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)生了數(shù)量浩瀚的各類信息記錄，時(shí)代的進(jìn)步促進(jìn)了會議記錄方式的演變與革新，大致看來會議記錄方式經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段：原始的符號記錄；傳統(tǒng)的文字記錄；聲像文并存的記錄方式。人們不斷改進(jìn)會議記錄的方式，完善會議記錄，保證會議記錄的質(zhì)量，可見會議記錄對于黨政機(jī)關(guān)，企業(yè)，公司乃至各個(gè)行業(yè)都具有極其重要的作用?？偟膩砜磿h記錄起著以下幾方面的作用：研究歷史價(jià)值的作用；歸檔整理作用；原始憑證作用；備忘作用；管理人事作用；指導(dǎo)作用。因此在日常工作中要認(rèn)識到會議記錄的重要作用，掌握會議記錄方式的種類，寫作技巧和要求。

Discussion Minutes' Evolutional Way and It's Effect

Abstract: With the development of human society, resulting in a vast number of types of information records. In promoting the meeting records of the evolution and reform,minute’s evolutional way through three stages: the original symbol records, records of the traditional text, audio and video recording paper co-exist. People are constantly improving the way the minutes, perfect conference records, minutes of meetings to ensure the quality, we can see the minutes for the party and government organs, enterprises, companies in various industries as well as an extremely important role.Whole meeting with the following the role of the historical value of research ： the role of the primitive voucher filing ；a role to play the role of management personnel ；guiding role. Therefore, in daily work records of the meetings to recognize the important role of the type of control of the recording, writing skills and requirements
