“麒和商城”于2011年3月26日在淘寶集市正式運(yùn)營(yíng)本,性質(zhì)CtoC,目前3鉆,自2011年12月正式轉(zhuǎn)型銷售女性飾品后,經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況一直處于平穩(wěn)狀態(tài)。
本文主要對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)網(wǎng)上商店的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)展望進(jìn)行探討,并分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)網(wǎng)上商店所面臨的一些問(wèn)題,并從CtoC購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站淘寶網(wǎng)店發(fā)展的基本條件出發(fā),通過(guò)淘寶網(wǎng)店的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀、網(wǎng)店特色、網(wǎng)店行業(yè)情況及SWOT分析,對(duì)“麒和商城”網(wǎng)上商店進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)綜合剖析,使之能盡快找出其快速發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與存在的問(wèn)題。同時(shí)還對(duì)該網(wǎng)店的營(yíng)銷策略進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)其營(yíng)銷推廣、Adwords推廣、博客營(yíng)銷以及論壇營(yíng)銷的周期效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,通過(guò)選擇幾種效果較好的推廣方式,對(duì)于效果不明顯的方法加以改進(jìn)或者尋求新的推廣路徑,以減少資源浪費(fèi),使“麒和商城”網(wǎng)上商店能夠利用最短的時(shí)間、最低的成本達(dá)到最好的效果。這對(duì)加快網(wǎng)上商店的發(fā)展有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

The Development and solution of the QiHe mall
Abstract
"QiHe Mall" on March 26, 2011 in the Taobao marketplace official operations, CtoC, currently 3 drills, since formal transformation after the sales women's jewelry December 2011, operating conditions has been in a steady state.
Based on the development status of domestic online stores and future prospects were discussed, and the analysis of the current domestic online shop facing some problems. The results show that the store shopping website from C2C basic conditions, and through the current situation of management, the results show that the shop online features, and online industry of SWOT analysis, "QiHe mall" online stores for comprehensive analysis, the system can quickly find its rapid development of successful experiences and problems. In this shop are also analyzed, the marketing strategy by its own promotion, marketing and promotion, blog how BBS marketing cycles, compared several good method, the method for the effect is not obvious improvement or seek new extension path, in order to reduce the waste of resources, make "QiHe mall" online stores can use the shortest time, lowest cost to achieve the best effect. To accelerate the development of online shop has certain directive significance.
