摘要
CMOS圖像傳感器是一種基于CMOS工藝的技術(shù),在近十年來(lái)得到了快速的發(fā)展,它通過(guò)集成的模擬和數(shù)字電路對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行采集、傳輸、處理以及輸出。這種技術(shù)相比較于其他類型的圖像傳感技術(shù),具有高集成度、低功耗、低成本、功能強(qiáng)大等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種有著廣闊前景的技術(shù)。
介紹了CMOS圖像傳感器的發(fā)展,CMOS圖像傳感器的感光單元一般采用光電二極管,詳細(xì)分析了光電二極管的工作原理,介紹了現(xiàn)有CMOS工藝兼容的不同結(jié)構(gòu)的光電二極管。
讀出電路是CMOS圖像傳感器的重點(diǎn)單元。采用一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)的讀出電路,該路包含一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)源隨器和一個(gè)采樣保持電容和一個(gè)復(fù)位開(kāi)關(guān),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,時(shí)序易實(shí)現(xiàn),并且是單端輸出,有著諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。詳細(xì)闡述了其上工作原理,并對(duì)之進(jìn)了PSpice模擬仿真。移位寄存器在CMOS圖像傳感器中,用來(lái)給像素單元提供選信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)圖像傳感器的逐位掃描輸出。比較兩種移位寄存器單元電路,并對(duì)進(jìn)行了PSpice模擬仿真,準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)CMOS移位寄存器有通用性好、輸出時(shí)序有交疊、時(shí)鐘信號(hào)要求低等特點(diǎn).

Abstract
CMOS image sensor is the technology based on CMOS process, making great progress in recent ten years. It samples, transmits, processes and exports images using integrated digital and analog circuits. Comparing to other image sensors, it has the benefits of high integration, lowpower, low cost and powerful function, and has broad prospect.
This paper introduced the development of CMOS image sensor, Photodiode has been used as CMOS image sensor image acquisition devices Analyses the principle of photodiode in detail, introduced different and its characteristic, which is compatible with CMOS process .
Read out circuit is a critical unit of CMOS image sensor. A new type read out circuit is composed with one namic source follower, one capacitance for sampling and holding and one reset switch. This circuit has advantages with simple structure,acquiring related timing easily, single output, and so on. While expatiated the principle of the read out circuit, and simulated with PSpice. Shift registers are used as a select signal for pixel unit in CMOS image sensor, achieving scanning output bit after bit in the sensor. Comparing two circuits for shift register, and simulating for each one. Staticshift register has advantage with nice currency, fold each other of output timings and acquiring clock signal easily.

Abstract
CMOS image sensor is the technology based on CMOS process, making great progress in recent ten years. It samples, transmits, processes and exports images using integrated digital and analog circuits.
