表達(dá)綠色熒光蛋白的重組犬瘟熱病毒在Vero細(xì)胞上的生長(zhǎng)特性

摘  要：犬瘟熱病毒（Canine distemper virus，CDV）屬于副粘病毒科麻疹病毒屬成員，為單股負(fù)鏈RNA病毒，有6個(gè)基因片段，編碼6個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白和2個(gè)非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室利用一株疫苗株犬瘟熱病毒成功構(gòu)建了表達(dá)綠色熒光蛋白的犬瘟熱病毒Japan-rCDV。本實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了該重組病毒Japan-rCDV在Vero細(xì)胞上的生長(zhǎng)情況及不同病毒培養(yǎng)溫度對(duì)重組病毒Japan-rCDV在Vero細(xì)胞中生長(zhǎng)滴度的影響。

Express green fluorescent protein in the restructuring of the canine distemper virus Vero growth properties on cells

Abstract: Canine distemper virus (CDV) is one of members of the Morbillivirus genus in the Paramyxoviridae family in the order Mononegavirales. The genome organizations of CDV consist of single-stranded negative-sense RNA of 15,690 nucleotides (nt), have 6 gene. We have constructed a recombinant CDV expressing the enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) (rMV-EGFP).This experiment was adopted to study the reprogrammed virus rCDV Vero cells in love and never dull - the growth situation and different virus cultivation temperature on restructuring virus in love and never dull - rCDV Vero cells grown in the influence of water level drops.
