[摘要] 目的： 調(diào)查浙江省市售食品中含有轉(zhuǎn)基因食品的比率. 方法：采用SDS沉淀法,提取食品中DNA,經(jīng)PCR擴增, 用轉(zhuǎn)基因植物通常含有的35S啟動子、NOS終止子作為轉(zhuǎn)基因成分的指示標記。結果：SDS沉淀法得到的DNA提取物OD260／OD280比值在0.4-1.9, 2份轉(zhuǎn)基因樣品和一些食品出現(xiàn)陽性條帶，大部分采樣食品未產(chǎn)生陽性條帶。結論：2005年浙江省市場上有轉(zhuǎn)基因食品的上市,陽性率達21.3%。

[Abstract] Objective：Investigate what percentage of Genetically Modified in food in ZheJiang province and city market.Methods：SDS methed is used for assaging transgenic component 35S promoter deriveed form Canliower Mosaic Virus and NOS transgenic from Agrobatcilum tumefacients in foods,agarosegel electrophiresis apart from production. Results：The OD26o／OD280 of DNA extraction by SDS methods Was all in the range of 1.4-1.9 ,two samples(the DNA extraction from GM foods by SDS method)and some foods showed s positive results,while others showed negative result.Conclusion：Genetically Modified Foods are sold in ZheJiang province and city market in 2005, masculine rate is 21.3%.
