【摘要】 本文對中國網(wǎng)上購物具體的發(fā)展情況進行具體的分析調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果，運用綜合分析、定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法，對中國網(wǎng)上購物的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、規(guī)模、發(fā)展趨勢、主要存在的問題等個方面進行分析研究。結(jié)果表明，中國網(wǎng)上購物的發(fā)展存在著安全性較差，網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費環(huán)境尚不完善，網(wǎng)上購物立法匱乏，資本投入不足等問題。并針對這些問題在改善網(wǎng)購環(huán)境，規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易行為，普及網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易的維權(quán)常識，加強各方的合作等方面提出了促進網(wǎng)上購物健康快速的發(fā)展建議對策。

【Abstract 】In this paper, the development of Chinese online shopping specific situation specific analyses based on investigation, according to findings, using qualitative and quantitative comprehensive analysis, the method of combining the current situation of the development of the Chinese online shopping, scale, development trend and main problems such aspects were analyzed. The results show that the development of Chinese online shopping there are less secure, network consumption environment still is not perfected, online shopping legislation deficient, capital investment insufficient. And in the light of these problems in improving e-commerce environment, standardizes network transactions, and popularization of the network trade rights sense, strengthening cooperation of all parties to promote the healthy and rapid development Suggestions countermeasures.
