本文研究了從千層塔中分離、純化石杉堿甲的方法。發(fā)現(xiàn)采用大孔吸附樹脂法、液-液萃取及反萃取方法可較好的分離、純化石杉堿甲。研究結(jié)果表明:將石杉堿甲粗提液pH調(diào)至7.5后上柱,
采用pH為5.0、濃度50%的乙醇進(jìn)行洗脫,柱分離效果最好;柱分離產(chǎn)品的得率和純度分別為0.6113%和16.77%。然后將分離液在pH3.0及pH9.0時分別用氯仿進(jìn)行萃取,可得到石杉堿甲含量較高的萃取物;萃取后產(chǎn)品的得率和純度分別為0.1495%和52.23%。

Abstract
The method of isolation and purification of Huperzine A from the Huperzia serrata was studied in this paper. It was found that the macroporous absorption resins, the liquid-liquid extraction and the reverse extraction could isolate and purify Huperzine A effectively. The results showed: the best column isolation condition of Huperzine A is that the pH value of the roughly extracted from Huperzia serrata was adjusted to 7.5 and then eluted by 50% ethanol resolution at pH5.0; The yield rate and purity of the isolated product were 0.6113% and 16.77% respectively. Then the pH value of the isolated of Huperzia serrata was adjusted to 3.0 and 9.0 and extracted by chloroform respectively; the content of Hup A of the product was higher. The yield rate and purity of the purified product were 0.1495% and 52.23% respectively.
