淺析我國(guó)綠色貿(mào)易壁壘與綠色營(yíng)銷(xiāo)

摘要
隨著中國(guó)加入WTO和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的逐步發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的非關(guān)稅壁壘被逐步消減，綠色壁壘以其鮮明的時(shí)代特征正日益成為國(guó)際貿(mào)易發(fā)展的主要關(guān)卡。它有效地阻止外國(guó)，特別是環(huán)保技術(shù)落后的發(fā)展中國(guó)家的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口，為本國(guó)市場(chǎng)形成巨大的保護(hù)網(wǎng)，是國(guó)際貿(mào)易中最隱蔽、最棘手和最難對(duì)付的貿(mào)易障礙之一。為沖破這道防線，提倡綠色營(yíng)銷(xiāo)，培植生態(tài)消費(fèi)就成為必然的選擇。

Abstract
With China’s entering WTO and the integration with the global economy, the traditional non-tariff trade barriers are fading. Green barriers are becoming the main block of the development of world trade with the distinct character of time. It prevents the import of the products of foreign countries, especially, which with low development in technology, whereas it protected the domestic market. Now it is becoming one of the most difficult trade barriers to be confronted. As a result it is necessary to break through the barrier and promote green business and ecological consumerism.
