摘 要

數(shù)字控制是近代發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種自動(dòng)化控制技術(shù)是用數(shù)字化信號(hào)對(duì)機(jī)床運(yùn)動(dòng)極其加工過(guò)程進(jìn)行控制的一種方法,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，數(shù)控機(jī)床已經(jīng)是一個(gè)國(guó)家機(jī)械工業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
數(shù)控機(jī)床是裝有程序控制系統(tǒng)的機(jī)床。該系統(tǒng)能夠邏輯地處理具有使用號(hào)碼，或其他符號(hào)編碼指令規(guī)定的程序。數(shù)控機(jī)床是以數(shù)控技術(shù)為代表的新技術(shù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的滲透形成的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品，起技術(shù)范圍覆蓋很多領(lǐng)域：（1）機(jī)械制造技術(shù)（2）信息處理、加工、傳輸技術(shù)；（3）自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)；（4）伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)；（5）傳感技術(shù)；(6軟件技術(shù)等。計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械業(yè)的滲透，完全改變了制造業(yè)。制造業(yè)不但成為工業(yè)化的象征，而且由于信息技術(shù)的滲透，使制造業(yè)猶如朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，具有廣闊的發(fā)展天地。數(shù)控機(jī)床就是將加工過(guò)程所需的各種步驟以及刀具與工件之間的相對(duì)位移量都是用數(shù)字化的代碼來(lái)表示。通過(guò)控制介質(zhì)數(shù)字信息送入專用區(qū)域通用的計(jì)算機(jī)。計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)輸入的信息進(jìn)行處理，發(fā)出各種指令來(lái)控制機(jī)床的伺服系統(tǒng)或其他執(zhí)行元件，使機(jī)床自動(dòng)加工出所需要的工件。

ABSTRACT
Digital control is modern developed a kind of automation control technology is to use digital signal of machine movement extremely processing process control one method, with the rapid development of science and technology, nc machine tools is a national mechanical industry level of important standard. Nc machine is equipped with process control system of machine tools. This system can be logically dealt with using number, or other symbols coded instructions formulary program. Nc machine tools based on numerical control technology, as a representative of the new technology to the penetration of traditional manufacturing industry, formed the mechtronie product range covers many fields as a technology (1) mechanical manufacturing technology (2) information processing, processing and transmission technology; (3) automatic control technology; (4) servo drive technology; (5) sensor technology;
