摘要
機械系統(tǒng)是機械零、部件同作用的整體，是零部件服務(wù)的目標。本次改裝設(shè)計從分析機械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的任務(wù)和目標開始，介紹改裝和設(shè)計的各個組成部分，各組成部分之間的配置，選擇和結(jié)構(gòu)匹配性設(shè)計，以及進行整體改裝和設(shè)計時應該考慮哪些問題，目的是培養(yǎng)多樣性設(shè)計，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計創(chuàng)新和整體設(shè)計的能力。
齒輪珩磨是一種低速磨削，是機械制造業(yè)中缸孔光整加工的常用工藝手段。珩齒加工是近年發(fā)展起來的一種齒輪精加工方法.
本次設(shè)計主要是齒輪珩磨機的改裝和設(shè)計，其主要包括主軸箱，珩磨頭，主軸等零件的設(shè)計。
在論文中首先對珩齒機做了簡單介紹，接著對珩齒機的部件組成進行了尺寸設(shè)計計算和校核。該設(shè)計代表了珩齒機改裝和設(shè)計的一般過程。
珩齒機床作為復雜的生產(chǎn)工具，最根本的是加工工藝與結(jié)構(gòu)布局改裝和設(shè)計。在對機床的現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)進行改裝,對機床的使用工藝和裝備進行革新的過程中,并不是一味的追求先進,而應該力爭改裝方案合理,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單巧妙,經(jīng)濟效果好.

Abstract

The machine for the conversion of existing structures, the use of machine technology and equipment for the process of innovation, not blindly pursue advanced, and the conversion program should strive reasonable, simple structure clever and good economic results.
