摘要
隨著中國加入 WTO 和經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷深入，我國企業(yè)將會面臨著更大的競爭壓力。在激烈競爭的市場經(jīng)濟中，正確運用賒銷，加強應收帳款的管理顯得非常重要。首先，本文簡單介紹企業(yè)應收帳款的定義；其次，簡要分析當前國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，說明研究企業(yè)應收帳款問題的必要性；再次，分析我國企業(yè)應收帳款形成及惡化的原因和對企業(yè)的影響；第四，結(jié)合公司應收帳款管理的案例，提出一些盡可能更好管理企業(yè)應收帳款的對策和建議；最后，文章對解決企業(yè)應收帳款領(lǐng)域還應該注意到應收帳款的管理主體、規(guī)模等幾個重要問題進行了分析，對全文內(nèi)容做一個必要的補充。

Abstract
While China joins in WTO and economic globalization unceasingly,correctly using selling on credit,and strengthening the management of the account receivable appears very important.First, this article starts from the enterprise account receivable's definition；Second ,introduce the research present situation, explain the necessity of researching enterprise account receivable question; Third,analyzing the reasons of forming enterprise account receivables and the fluence to enterprise; Fourth, take A company as a study case, proposes some countermeasures and the suggestions for managing enterprise account receivable better as far as possible; Finally,this article will simply analyze two important problems in enterprise account receivable: account receivable management main body and scale, make an essential supplement to the full text.
