   飛鋸機(jī)是一種對(duì)連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的鋼材進(jìn)行定尺切斷的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備,廣泛地使用在高頻直縫焊管或型鋼的生產(chǎn)線上,可在焊管或型鋼高速運(yùn)動(dòng)下實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)跟蹤鋸切。飛鋸機(jī)是焊管生產(chǎn)線上最后一道工序的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,是是直縫焊管生產(chǎn)線上的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,其性能的好壞直接影響整條生產(chǎn)線的產(chǎn)量及產(chǎn)品的精度。工程中常見(jiàn)的各種鋼管,通常是將一卷卷百米長(zhǎng)的成型鋼帶經(jīng)卷管機(jī)卷成圓鋼管后進(jìn)行焊接,再經(jīng)矯直處理,就經(jīng)飛鋸機(jī)進(jìn)行定尺鋸斷,最后鋼管被翻入包裝機(jī),用鐵絲捆扎成一捆捆的鋼管產(chǎn)品。
   而本次我設(shè)計(jì)的飛鋸機(jī)為滾珠絲杠式飛鋸機(jī),主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用交流伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾滾珠絲杠的動(dòng)力裝置,而鋸切系統(tǒng)以及管材的夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)均采用氣壓缸為動(dòng)力裝置。不同于市面上常見(jiàn)的液動(dòng)式飛鋸機(jī),相對(duì)于其它形式的飛鋸機(jī),滾珠絲杠式飛鋸機(jī)具有穩(wěn)定性好,定尺精度高,易于控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn),便于今后在市場(chǎng)上的推廣和應(yīng)用。

Title             Design of CNC Flying Saw                    

                                                           

Abstract
Flying Saw is a continuous movement of the Length of steel to cut off the automation equipment, widely used in high-frequency straight seam welded pipe or steel production line, pipe or steel at high speed under the automatic tracking cutting. Flying Saw is the final steps in the production line pipe production equipment, yes yes straight seam welded pipe production line of key equipment, its performance has a direct impact of the output of the entire production line and product precision. Various steel projects in common, usually to a meter long rolls of paper tube forming machine by the paper strip into circular welded steel pipe after, and then by straightening treatment, carried out on fixed length by flying saw cut off the steel was plunged into the final packaging machine, with wire tied into bundles of steel products.
This time, I saw the ball screw design fly flying saw type, main drive AC servo motor drive rolling ball screw of the power plant, while cutting the pipe clamping system and institutions are driven by pneumatic cylinder device. Unlike the common market-type hydraulic flying saw, as opposed to other forms of Flying Saw, Saw fly ball screw type with good stability, Length of high precision, easy control, easy in the future in the market promotion and application.
