摘要
　　　2012年，山東省的三大貿(mào)易出口地日本、韓國和歐盟實行了新的食品質(zhì)量安全法規(guī)，作為我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口第一大省山東將要面臨著前所未有的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口壓力和困難，接受更加嚴(yán)峻的考驗和挑戰(zhàn)。因此，對于山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的研究勢在必行，找出現(xiàn)存的問題，提出應(yīng)對措施，保證山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口穩(wěn)健科學(xué)地發(fā)展。
　　　本論文共分七個部分，第一部分是本篇論文研究的背景和目的；第二部分國內(nèi)外的文獻綜述；第三部分介紹山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀；第四部分是說明山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的特點；第五部分是山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)存的問題；第六部分是影響山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的因素分析；第七部分是提出應(yīng)對措施。
　　　本論文采用定性和定量相結(jié)合的分析方法對山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析，找出山東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)存的問題和影響因素，并提出針對性地應(yīng)對措施。

Abstract
　　　Shandong Province will be faced with the pressures and difficulties of unprecedented exports of agricultural products since the three main output places including Japan, South Korea and the EU have carried up the new food quality and safety regulations in 2012. As the largest province of China's agricultural exports, it is up against more rigorous test and challenge. So, to take a export commodity structure research of Shandong’s agricultural products, to find out the existing problems, and to propose some countermeasures are imperative which the motivation is to ensure agricultural exports steady of Shandong province.
　　　This thesis is divided into seven parts, the first part is the study of the background and purpose of this thesis; The second part is the domestic and foreign literature review; the third section describes the current situation of the agricultural exports of Shandong Province’s products; the fourth part is the description of Shandong Province’s agricultural products characteristics of the structure of export commodities; The fifth part is the existing problems of agricultural export commodity structure in Shandong Province; The sixth part is the effect of agricultural product export commodity structure in Shandong province, The seventh part puts forward the countermeasures.
　　　In this thesis, agricultural export commodity structure of Shandong Province are analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to find out the existing problems and influencing factors of agricultural export commodity structure in Shandong Province ,and put forward the specific countermeasures.
