【摘要】 作為連鎖經(jīng)營的重要形式之一的連鎖超市在中國出現(xiàn)已經(jīng)將近有20年的歷史了，一路走來可謂是幾起幾落。同國外的連鎖超市相比，處于成長期的中國連鎖超市仍有著明顯的缺點(diǎn)和不足。未來10年內(nèi)，中國將成為國際零售業(yè)競爭的主戰(zhàn)場，中國的連鎖超市要想在這場競爭中勝出，必須要正確地認(rèn)識自己，制定正確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，迅速提高自己的營運(yùn)能力，全面增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競爭力！
