內(nèi)容摘要
權利的享有預示著人們獲得了某種資格，而這種資格需要法律體制的保護來實現(xiàn)，更需要人們的權利意識到達一種層次。人身權在我國的法律中長期存在，但在漫長的封建社會人們卻不能明確自己究竟享有何種權利，如何去實現(xiàn)這種權利，更無法要求更多不曾享有的權利。隨著歷史車輪的前進，各種權利運動的興起，人民的權利意識也逐漸覺醒，人身權被明晰的規(guī)定在法律之中，雖然還有諸多的不完善之處，但確是極大的進步。

Modern Interpretation of consciousness of rights
—On the personal rights of the citizens of the Development and Protection
Abstract
The enjoyment of rights indicates that people have a certain qualification. While such qualification need the protection and realizationn of the law. Even more, it requires that people's consciousness of right should reach a certain level.The personal right has been in existence in China for a long time. However, in feudal soceity, people were not so clear about what rights they have and how to realize theri rights. They even could not require many rights which they hadn't enjoyed before. With the advancement of the history, various kinds of movements on right have risen. People are being awaken on the consciousness of right. The personal right has been stipulated distinctly in laws. Though there are still many improvement, it can be regarded as a great progress.
