目前來說，暴力到底具有什么內涵，還沒有一個權威的具有法律效力的解釋。同時，對暴力的內涵作出一個合理規(guī)范的解釋，不僅能體現(xiàn)法律的嚴肅性，而且有利于司法工作人員在司法實踐中正確適用法律。
Abstract
