摘要 交通影響分析是定量評(píng)價(jià)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目土地開發(fā)對(duì)城市交通產(chǎn)生的影響的一種方法，它運(yùn)用交通工程的相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)手段，在開發(fā)項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)之前,分析建設(shè)項(xiàng)目對(duì)交通服務(wù)水平的影響程度及影響范圍,進(jìn)而確定保持交通服務(wù)水平不下降的對(duì)策或改善開發(fā)計(jì)劃方案,以減小開發(fā)方案對(duì)交通負(fù)荷的影響?，F(xiàn)階段各大城市的交通問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重，城市交通擁堵給人們的日常生活帶來(lái)了極大的不便。所以，在城市建設(shè)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)時(shí)，進(jìn)行建設(shè)項(xiàng)目交通影響分析，不但可以解決可能引起的交通問(wèn)題，同時(shí)對(duì)緩解交通壓力具有重要意義。
在我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的今天,城市交通問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重。隨著城市建設(shè)的加快,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目或己有項(xiàng)目的改造都將產(chǎn)生不同程度的交通影響。本文從交通影響分析的研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，借鑒國(guó)外TIA研究經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究適應(yīng)我國(guó)城市交通影響分析的預(yù)測(cè)交通需求的方法以及對(duì)可腀@魷值奈侍馓岢齦慕朧?。同蕩旁镇江某小区开发建蓷柊进行的交通影响分析为例，綑{鼙疚淖芙岬貿(mào)齙慕煌ㄓ跋旆治齙牟街櫨敕椒ā�

Traffic Impact Analysis of Urban Construction Projects
Abstract Traffic impact analysis is a method for quantitative eva luation of land development and construction projects on urban traffic, which uses the theory and technique of traffic engineering , before the project started , analyzed the service level of the project on traffic impact degree and scope and then determine the level of service does not drop or improve the development plan for countermeasures to reduce the impact of development programs on the traffic load . Therefore, in the development of urban construction projects , traffic impact analysis for construction projects , not only can solve the traffic problems that may arise , but also has great significance to ease the traffic pressure .
Today economic develope rapidly in our society , the urban traffic problems become more and more serious . With the acceleration of urban construction, construction project or renovation projects will generate different problems of traffic impact . This paper studies the starting current traffic impact analysis , learn from foreign research experience , to study the method for traffic demand forecast of our urban traffic impact analysis and propose the improvement measures for possible problems .Meanwhile take the traffic impact analysis of the area in Zhenjiang for an example, to describe the steps and methods of traffic impact analysis for this article .
