在當(dāng)今激烈的經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,處于金融行業(yè)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的銀行業(yè)可以說面臨著空前的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根到底還是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),誰能留住合適的人才,可以說就掌握了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主動(dòng)權(quán)。企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)作為企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)與管理的重要途徑,在企業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)與儲(chǔ)備方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。它不僅能使員工獲得知識(shí)、提高技能、創(chuàng)新技術(shù),同時(shí)也能使員工更加深入地了解和融入企業(yè),從而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與凝聚力。
近年來,交通銀行在機(jī)遇中獲得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但在其快速發(fā)展的過程中也暴露出了諸多問題,其中員工培訓(xùn)便是較為突出的問題之一。本文以山西省分行為例,通過實(shí)地走訪與調(diào)研,并在筆者親自參加培訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,收集了大量的第一手資料。通過這些資料可以發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然目前交通銀行山西省分行員工的培訓(xùn)已經(jīng)有了較大的改觀,但存在的問題仍然不可忽視。本文試圖多角度、全方位地展現(xiàn)交通銀行銀行山西省分行在員工培訓(xùn)的過程中的亟需加強(qiáng)之處,并在結(jié)合相關(guān)人力資源管理員工培訓(xùn)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)這些問題提出具體的優(yōu)化方案,最終建立起一套科學(xué)合理的員工培訓(xùn)體系,將紙上的理論轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)實(shí)在在的員工成長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)在推動(dòng)力,從而使交通銀行山西省分行能夠更加從容地因?qū)碜詷I(yè)界的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與挑戰(zhàn)。

Abstract
In the current fierce economic competition environment,the banking industry is facing unprecedented pressure of competition. Enterprise's competition in the final analysis is the competition of talents, who can retain the right talent, it can be said to have the initiative in competition. Enterprise staff training as an important way of enterprise human resources development and management,plays an irreplaceable role in the enterprise training and reserve personnel. It can not only make the employees to gain knowledge, improve skills, innovative technology, at the same time also can make people more in-depth understanding and integration into the enterprise, so as to enhance the overall competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises.
In recent years, Bank of Communications gained considerable development, but its rapid development process also exposed many problems, staff training is one of the more prominent issues. In this paper, Shan-xi branch, for example, through research and personal training, a large collection of first-hand information. Through these data found that although the training of staff Shan-xi branch has been greatly improved, but the problem still can not be ignored. Through various angles to show Shan-xi branch during staff training in the urgent need to strengthen the place, and on the basis of combined staff training related to human resource management theory, targeted to the specific issues raised optimization program, and ultimately establish a rational set of scientific staff training system, the theory into real internal driving force employees to grow, so that Shan-xi branch can be more comfortably because of competition and challenges from the industry.
