摘要 在經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展而制造企業(yè)卻持續(xù)萎靡的今天,為了能夠在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中發(fā)展下去,制造型企業(yè)就必須降低生產(chǎn)的成本。絕大部分企業(yè)都是從資源和人力兩個(gè)方面去削減成本,并且到達(dá)一定瓶頸后就無(wú)法繼續(xù)下去,因?yàn)槿狈ο冗M(jìn)的生產(chǎn)管理知識(shí),使它們沒(méi)有意識(shí)到物流領(lǐng)域的巨大潛力。設(shè)施布置的主要的目標(biāo)就是使人力、財(cái)力、物力和人流、物流、信息流得到最經(jīng)濟(jì)、最合理、最有效的安排和配置,即要保證布置規(guī)劃的企業(yè)能以最小的投入獲得最大的效益。
本文首先闡述了論文的研究背景、目的、意義、發(fā)展和研究的主要內(nèi)容,然后對(duì)設(shè)施規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了敘述,重點(diǎn)介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置技術(shù)中的系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP)法的主要內(nèi)容,然后將前面所介紹的系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP)法應(yīng)用于一個(gè)電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)車間,通過(guò)運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)法對(duì)非晶合金鐵芯車間進(jìn)行作業(yè)單位物流相互關(guān)系和非物流相互關(guān)系等分析得出初步的布置設(shè)計(jì)方案,然后通過(guò)對(duì)比和評(píng)價(jià)得出最佳方案,最后再對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)施布置。最后本文結(jié)合實(shí)際,對(duì)SLP法在實(shí)際中的應(yīng)用做了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的總結(jié),并對(duì)未來(lái)制造系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展發(fā)表了自己的一些期望。

Abstract In the rapid economic development and manufacturing company has continued to slump today , in order to be able to develop in the fierce competition, manufacturing companies must reduce the cost of production . The vast majority of companies are going to cut from both the resources and manpower costs, and to reach a certain bottleneck after not continue, because of the lack of advanced production management knowledge, so that they do not realize the huge potential of the logistics sector. Facilities The main goal is to make the arrangement of human, financial , material and flow, logistics , information flow to be the most economical and most reasonable and effective arrangements and configurations , namely to ensure that the layout plan of the enterprise with minimal investment to get the maximum benefit .
This paper first describes the research background , purpose, meaning, development and the main contents of the study , then the theory has been described facilities planning , focusing on the main content of the system technology in facility layout design system layout (SLP) method and then applied to an electric power plant equipment manufacturing enterprise system layout design previously described (SLP) method, by using the system layout design method for amorphous alloy core operating units workshop logistics relationships and non- logistics have analyzed the relationship between the preliminary layout design, then the best solution obtained by comparing qualified and eva luation , and finally its detailed facility layout . Finally, the actual , SLP method for application in practice made a brief summary , and manufacturing systems development facility layout design made some own expectations in the future。
