摘要: 我國(guó)無論是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域還是企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域，物流成本都高居不下，在宏觀層次上表現(xiàn)為物流成本占GDP的比重過高，在微觀層次上表現(xiàn)為物流成本位居企業(yè)成本項(xiàng)目的首位。所以一個(gè)企業(yè)要想獲得更多的盈利，除了營(yíng)業(yè)額這方面要提高外，降低物流成本也是一個(gè)很重要很好的途徑。而物流成本中，庫存成本占主導(dǎo)地位。而庫存成本受倉儲(chǔ)管理的正確性和有效性影響。倉儲(chǔ)管理在整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)中起著不可或缺的重要作用，是企業(yè)日常管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)，它關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)、日常成本控制等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。對(duì)倉儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行管理，主要是為了使倉庫空間的利用與庫存貨品的處置成本實(shí)現(xiàn)平衡。它是降低倉儲(chǔ)物流成本的重要途徑之一。通過高效率的倉儲(chǔ)活動(dòng)，可使商品倉儲(chǔ)在最有效的時(shí)間段發(fā)揮作用，創(chuàng)造商品倉儲(chǔ)的“時(shí)間價(jià)值”和“空間價(jià)值”。
因此對(duì)xx叉車?yán)ド椒止娟U述了企業(yè)倉儲(chǔ)管理的重要性，進(jìn)而提出企業(yè)在倉儲(chǔ)管理中存在的問題，最后就針對(duì)這些問題提出了加強(qiáng)企業(yè)倉儲(chǔ)管理的對(duì)策。
