摘要: 我國無論是國民經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域還是企業(yè)經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域，物流成本都高居不下，在宏觀層次上表現(xiàn)為物流成本占GDP的比重過高，在微觀層次上表現(xiàn)為物流成本位居企業(yè)成本項目的首位。所以一個企業(yè)要想獲得更多的盈利，除了營業(yè)額這方面要提高外，降低物流成本也是一個很重要很好的途徑。而物流成本中，庫存成本占主導地位。而庫存成本受倉儲管理的正確性和有效性影響。倉儲管理在整個物流系統(tǒng)中起著不可或缺的重要作用，是企業(yè)日常管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)，它關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運營、日常成本控制等各個環(huán)節(jié)。對倉儲進行管理，主要是為了使倉庫空間的利用與庫存貨品的處置成本實現(xiàn)平衡。它是降低倉儲物流成本的重要途徑之一。通過高效率的倉儲活動，可使商品倉儲在最有效的時間段發(fā)揮作用，創(chuàng)造商品倉儲的“時間價值”和“空間價值”。
因此對xx叉車昆山分公司闡述了企業(yè)倉儲管理的重要性，進而提出企業(yè)在倉儲管理中存在的問題，最后就針對這些問題提出了加強企業(yè)倉儲管理的對策。
最后，通過對前面的分析，優(yōu)化了xx的倉儲管理的現(xiàn)狀，降低了xx的倉儲成本，降低了其物料的浪費，同時得出我國制造業(yè)實施倉儲管理要綜合考慮相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)和因素的結(jié)論；同時也希望本篇文章能夠為我國制造業(yè)在實施倉儲管理時提供一個決策的參考。
