摘要: 作為教學活動中的主體,教師與學生越來越受到教育研究者的關注。高中新課標指出,在教學中教師處于主導地位,要適時地引導學生,并且創(chuàng)造良好的學習環(huán)境從而讓學生全身心地投入到學習中去。而學生作為學習的主體,教師要讓學生參與到學習知識的形成過程中來,讓他們參與到探究的過程中來,形成動手與自學能力。如今課程改革不斷推進,教師要積極提高自身素質參與到教學資源的開發(fā)與運用中來,教師的素質主要是在課堂上表現(xiàn)出來,所以教師的課堂教學技巧與人格魅力在教學活動中有著重要作用。

The practice and application of classroom teaching and personality in the high school teaching
Abstract: As two main factors in the education ,teachers and students have got more and more attention of education researchers. New standard points out that teachers are in a dominant position in teaching, to timely guide the students to learn and create a good learning environment for students to devoting themselves to their studies. The students is the main body of learning, so we should let students participate in the formation process of learning knowledge, and let them participate in the process of exploring and self-study ability. In today's constantly promoting curriculum reform, teachers should also improve their own quality involved in the development and construction of curriculum resources, however, teachers' quality is mainly expressed in the classroom, so teachers' classroom teaching skills and personality are particularly important.
