摘要：:術(shù)后護(hù)理在肝移植中起著舉足輕重的作用，它為病人從移植至重返生活的整個(gè)期間提供了連續(xù)的評(píng)估和護(hù)理，術(shù)后護(hù)理質(zhì)量的高低直接影響著患者的恢復(fù)和預(yù)后。隨著肝移植的不斷發(fā)展，護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不斷積累，肝移植在術(shù)后的病情監(jiān)測(cè)、輸液護(hù)理、管道護(hù)理、術(shù)后主要并發(fā)癥的觀察與護(hù)理取得了新的進(jìn)展。這不僅提高了肝移植術(shù)后的工作質(zhì)量，而且還提高了肝移植的臨床效果，提高了肝移植術(shù)后病人的存活率，提高了移植術(shù)后病人的生活質(zhì)量。

Abstract: Post-operative nursing occupies a decisive position in liver transplantation. It provides continuous assessment and nursing for the patients from transplanting to returning to life. The quality of nursing whether is high or low directly affects the patients’ rehabilitation and prognosis. With the rapid development of liver transplantation and with the accumulation of nursing experience, post-operative nursing has made more up-to-date development, which include monitoring of the patient’s change, diet nursing, infusion nursing, tract nursing, observation and nursing of major post-operation complications. So not also has the quality of nursing been improved
