某市港口運營能力研究

摘要

港口是發(fā)展經(jīng)濟、加入經(jīng)濟全球化的核心資源，中國港口的發(fā)展有力地推動了港口城市和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，有力地促進了沿海地區(qū)與內(nèi)陸腹地的互動發(fā)展。但從目前國內(nèi)港口運營能力現(xiàn)狀來看與一些國際大港仍存在一些差距，這直接制約了我國的國民經(jīng)濟又好又快的發(fā)展。本文揭示了中國特別是重慶港口運營能力方面的存在的問題。并對港口運營能力的一些主要內(nèi)容如港口生產(chǎn)能力、港口設備、裝備運作效率進行了相關分析，找出其中的影響運營能力的關鍵點如生產(chǎn)能力、港口疏通能力等。旨在通過這些關鍵點進而提出合理的措施和方案來解決這些問題以提升港口運營效率使得港口能更好的服務于中國的社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設，加強其對我國改革開放和整體經(jīng)濟的推動作用
本文重點放在了重慶地區(qū)港口運營能力分析和改善方案。作為西部的物流和運輸中心的重慶市，它的發(fā)展直接帶動其周邊地區(qū)以及整個大西南的發(fā)展。而重慶港口的健康快速的發(fā)展是這一偉大構想的重要前提，對此本文對重慶港口運營能力進行了詳細分析并對其能力改善和提高給出了一系列建議和措施。

ABSTRACT

Port is economic development, adding the core resources of economic globalization, China's ports have effectively promoted the development of the port city and regional economic development and effectively promoted the landlocked hinterland and coastal areas of interactive development. However, the current domestic capacity of the port operators and the current situation of a number of international Chittagong there are still some gaps, which has hampered China's direct and well fastly national economic development. This article reveals China, especially Chongqing port operator capacity of the existing problems. Port operators and the ability to key elements of production such as ports, port facilities, equipment, operational efficiency of a correlation analysis to identify the impact of operational capacity of the key points such as productivity, port dredging, and so on. Through these key points aimed at further reasonable measures and programmes to address these issues to enhance the efficiency of port operator makes the port to better serve China's socialist modernization drive and enhance its reform and opening up and China's role in promoting the overall economy
   This article focused on the port operator in Chongqing and improve the ability of the programme. As the western part of the transportation and logistics center of Chongqing Municipality, which directly led the development of its surrounding areas and the entire Southwest China's development. Chongqing port and the healthy and rapid development of this great concept is an important prerequisite for this paper to Chongqing port operator capable of conducting a detailed analysis and its ability to improve and enhance presented a series of recommendations and measures.
