摘 要

機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器(AMT)傳動(dòng)效率高、成本易于制造,是在傳統(tǒng)變速器和離合器的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用電子技術(shù)和自動(dòng)變速理論發(fā)展起來的。自動(dòng)換檔機(jī)構(gòu)的準(zhǔn)確可靠換檔是AMT的基本保證,換檔機(jī)構(gòu)必需在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi),完成同步換檔。
本文先大體介紹了自動(dòng)變速器的發(fā)展歷程,從液力自動(dòng)變速器到電控機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器,及AMT在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。接著研究了機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器的組成原理和換檔系統(tǒng)的組成,機(jī)械式自動(dòng)變速器主要由三大部分組成:傳感器系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)變速電子控制單元、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),換檔系統(tǒng)則由換檔系統(tǒng)的能源、換檔范圍與換檔規(guī)律選擇機(jī)構(gòu)等。然后著重研究了換檔規(guī)律,分別從單參數(shù)換檔規(guī)律、雙參數(shù)換檔規(guī)律、三參數(shù)換檔規(guī)律、邊界點(diǎn)換檔規(guī)律和一般換檔點(diǎn)換檔規(guī)律作出了分析。根據(jù)任務(wù)要求建立換檔過程中同步器數(shù)學(xué)模型,并計(jì)算換檔過程中的同步阻力。最后對(duì)純電動(dòng)系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)換檔進(jìn)行控制仿真,先后建立了電機(jī)模型和自動(dòng)換檔控制仿真模型,對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。
通過對(duì)換檔執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的研究,根據(jù)換檔要求優(yōu)化自動(dòng)換檔機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)及控制方法,對(duì)AMT自動(dòng)換檔提供一定的實(shí)際價(jià)值。

abstract

Based on the conventional transmission and clutch, the electronic controlled automated mechanical transmission (AMT) has been developed from the application of electronic techniques and auto aped change theories. The shifting operation should be nicety and credibility, synchronous must be done in short period of time.
This paper introduced the first automatic transmission general course of development, from Automatic Transmission to Automatic Mechanical Transmission, and AMT in the development of the situation at home and abroad. Then research the components of the Mechanical automatic transmission system and the composition of shift system. Mechanical automatic transmission mainly includes three components: Sensor system, automatic transmission electronic control units, implementing agencies. While Shift system includes the energy of shifting system, the range of shift and the shift law of choice institutions. And then focus on the shift of, respectively, from a single shift of parameters, double-shifting parameters of the law, the three parameters shift of the border point of transmission shift points and the general shift to the analysis of the law. Under the mandate called for the establishment of shift in the course of sync with mathematical model, and calculated shift in the process of synchronization resistance. Finally, the pure electric automatic transmission control system simulation, Has established a model of motor control and automatic transmission simulation model, the results of its analysis.
As the result ,this paper is focused for the shifting operation, basing on the shifting, optimize the parameter and control method, which is useful for AMT.
